My husband and my father both enjoy your books. Dad served in WWII, Korea and Viet Nam. He went in at 18 and retired at 48, went to college and worked at the church for the next 20 yrs. My husband was in the navy during Viet Nam but he never left state side.

Happy Birthday Sarah!! :o) My favorite birthday cake is my mom's special chocolate cake with whipped cream and fresh raspberries in the center. Instead of frosting she melts chocolate over the top of the cake and lets it harden. Oh MY gosh!! :o) I would love to win In Perfect Time. I have all your other books and just love them!! ReplyDelete1. Growing up, my birthday cake was a chocolate number my Mama made with a marshmallow icing. Then she decorated it with M&Ms. We had a plastic "Happy Birthday" that went on top of the cake. YUM! =9

I don't have a favorite Birthday cake flavor, I usually make my own cake so each year it is whatever sounds good to me at the time...I'm partial to Red Velvet from the grocery store bakery the rest of the year, though.
